1. Acceptance of Terms

Disconnections and Technical Issues
Where a player, team, or the match server experiences a technical issue mid-match, the tournament organiser's decision on the outcome is final for bat365 settlement. Where a match is replayed in full following a technical issue, bets placed on the original match will stand unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
Roster Changes
Esports teams frequently change their player rosters. bat365 settles esports team bets on the team, not the specific players. A roster change — even a significant one — does not constitute grounds for a bet to be voided unless the market specifically refers to a named player.
11. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bat365. Any account found to be engaged in any of these activities will be suspended immediately, and bat365 reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation.
- Match-fixing and inside information: Placing bets using knowledge that an event has been predetermined or corrupted is prohibited and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.
